SmartGo — Smart Cities Challenge
Project Description
As a group project for the submission to the Smart Cities Challenge (impact.canada.ca/en/challenges/smart-cities), I collaborated with another Interaction Designer, Bailey Pan, to create a platform, where individuals can access transportation resources more easily.
Client: School Project, Submission to Smart Cities Challenge
Services: Service Design
Period: September - November 2018
Problem Space
Vancouver has a lot of different transportation options; yet, not everyone can access them in a convenient way. In order for users to access different transportation services, they have to download different applications.
Approach
Smart Go, a platform, which displays Translink schedule, order taxi, and has the ability to pay for all the transportation options including car sharing and bike rental.
